After meeting with two other deck companies, American Deck was the first company to actually walk into the backyard, look at the space and take measurements. They immediately created a drawing for my wood deck and understood the type of trellis I requested. The Trex Accents rail cap was a nice touch. Even though I had researched the project, American Deck was extremely informative and pleasant to work with during the entire process. They did not use the heavy sales tactics that I experienced when consulting with other companies.
